Abhinav Singh is the CEO of Sorigin Financial Services. He is an accomplished leader with over 20 years of professional experience spanning from Infrastructure, Power, Cement, Logistics & Shipping, NBFC to RE Asset Management Company.

A well acknowledged leader, he is known for his farsighted strategies, innovative solutions, empowerment, team building and fostering strong relations. He is a notable name in the industry for credibility, humility, integrity and creating future leaders. Abhinav has a proven track record with expertise in fund-raising of milestone financial closures, setting up of RE asset management, leverage capital market and private equity for growth fund, private sector power IPO, strategizing setting up of cement business and modernising logistics and supply chain for power.

His aim is to make Sorigin Financial Services as India’s leading Financial Advisory Services platform in RE and Logistics.

Deepak Dubey

Head, Debt Services & Investments

Deepak is a veteran investment banker with over 15 years of experience in the corporate and investment banking sectors in India. He has worked with some of the leading banks and financial institutions in the country, such as HDFC Bank, RBL Bank, Yes Bank, IDBI Bank, and Prime Securities Limited.

Deepak has a deep understanding of the Indian financial markets and a proven track record of success in executing complex transactions. He has worked on a wide range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, and debt financings.

Deepak has expertise in the logistics & transportation, media & entertainment, hotel & hospitality, renewable energy, and supply chain finance sectors. He has a strong track record of delivering value to his clients and helping them achieve their business goals.

Akhil Mehta

Head, Asset Trade & Capital Raising

Akhil is a highly accomplished finance leader with over two decades of experience in the energy sector. He has a deep understanding of the full spectrum of India’s energy sector, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), project finance, debt syndication, and power sector regulatory and policy advocacy. He is also a recognized expert in renewable energy and energy transition.

Akhil’s visionary approach and wide-ranging achievements have earned him recognition as one of the top 100 emerging finance leaders in India. He is a strong advocate for innovative financial strategies and transformative transactions. His extensive network across the energy domain and finance function allows him to deliver solutions that meet the specific needs of his clients.

As the head of the Asset Trade vertical, and with his all-round experience, he brings a lot of value to the customers or investors and improves the transaction closure strike rate. Akhil’s strong relationship with the investor community has helped him to raise capital from capital markets or direct investments for developers. He is able to identify the right investors for each project and negotiate favorable terms. As a result, Akhil has helped developers to achieve their financial goals.

Jaigovind Tripathi

Head, Insurance & Risk Advisory

Jaigovind Tripathi is a highly experienced and knowledgeable professional with over 24 years of experience in the general insurance industry. He has worked with leading insurers and insurance brokers and has a wealth of experience working with a diverse range of clients, including government, multinational corporations, large corporations, project developers, MSMEs, and retail customers.

Jaigovind’s area of expertise is in sales and business development, risk management, operations, underwriting, commercial lines, and liability claims. He has a deep understanding of insurance policies and claim processes, and his extensive reach and relationships make him a highly reliable and trusted advisor to clients.

Jaigovind is a mechanical engineer, a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India, an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (London), and a qualified lawyer. He is also a visiting faculty member at several premier insurance institutes, including the National Insurance Academy in Pune, the College of Insurance in Mumbai, and BIMTECH in Greater Noida. In addition to his professional experience, Jaigovind also served in the Indian Air Force for 9 years, where he worked on the frontier of the country with discipline, dedication, and devotion.

Chethan Kumar

Technical Head, Asset Management Services

Chethan Kumar is an adept professional with over 17 years of experience in the renewable energy industry. He has a deep understanding of the asset management, operations, maintenance, and commissioning of wind and solar farms.

As an asset manager, Chethan is responsible for overseeing the performance of renewable energy projects. He monitors the operational efficiency of wind and solar farms, optimizes energy production, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements. Chethan’s experience allows him to effectively manage risks, maximize revenue, and make informed decisions to enhance the overall performance of renewable energy assets.

Chethan is also experienced in the operations and maintenance of wind and solar farms. He is responsible for implementing maintenance strategies, coordinating repairs and inspections, and managing the performance of equipment such as turbines, solar panels, and balance-of-system components. Chethan’s expertise in maintenance ensures the reliability and longevity of renewable energy infrastructure, minimizing downtime and optimizing energy generation.

With a strong background in asset management, operations, maintenance, and commissioning of wind and solar farms, Chethan possesses extensive knowledge and expertise in this domain.
