Nilesh Dhanani has over 30 years of experience in India’s renewable energy sector, successfully leading Wind and Solar projects totaling several gigawatts. His strategic foresight and business acumen have consistently driven strong outcomes and growth. His expertise includes project management, pipeline development, securing regulatory approvals, and stakeholder engagement.

Over the past few years, he has expanded his strategic oversight to include logistics, Battery Storage, capital raising, and insurance, enriching his portfolio with invaluable cross-functional leadership. His direct, hands-on involvement has significantly enhanced operational efficiencies and fortified the group’s strategic capabilities in these emergent domains.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and is a distinguished alumnus of the prestigious Indian School of Business (ISB) Senior Management Program.

Sunil Kumar Singh

Sunil Kumar Singh brings over 25 years of extensive cross-functional experience across the renewable energy sector. His leadership spans project execution, business development, strategic market expansion, and project management. he has also played a key role in fundraising, mergers & acquisitions, and navigating complex regulatory and government affairs.

Sunil is known for his strong analytical and financial acumen, with proven strengths in contract negotiation, banking, public policy, and entrepreneurship. His ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams and manage high-stakes negotiations has been central to driving growth and innovation.

He holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the School of Finance and Management, London.

Gautam Rekhi

CEO – Logistics Services

With over 25 years of global experience, Gautam Rekhi is an Ex-Mariner and seasoned senior management professional with a strong track record in Shipping and Logistics. He has led organizations across India, the Middle East, and Africa, managing operations with turnovers exceeding INR 6 Billion and earning multiple awards for logistics excellence.

Gautam specializes in logistics for Renewable Energy projects, with deep expertise in handling Heavy and Super Heavy lifts, Project Cargo, and specialized equipment for sectors like Mining, Oil & Gas. His experience spans multimodal transport including sea, land, inland barging, and chartering (Break Bulk, Bulk, and Tankers).

He holds a Postgraduate degree in Marine Insurance from Lloyd’s Academy, London.

Jaigovind Tripathi

CEO & Principal Officer – Insurance & Risk Advisory

Jaigovind Tripathi is a highly experienced and knowledgeable professional with over 24 years of experience in the general insurance industry. He has worked with leading insurers and insurance brokers and has a wealth of experience working with a diverse range of clients, including government, multinational corporations, large corporations, project developers, MSMEs, and retail customers.

Jaigovind’s area of expertise is in sales and business development, risk management, operations, underwriting, commercial lines, and liability claims. He has a deep understanding of insurance policies and claim processes, and his extensive reach and relationships make him a highly reliable and trusted advisor to clients.
